Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Snoots you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app. Snoots is operated by Petworld Ltd (“Snoots”, “we”, “us”).

2. Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 16 to use Snoots. You’re responsible for your account, for keeping your login secure, and for the activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

Be decent. Don’t post unlawful, harmful, harassing, or misleading content; don’t impersonate others; don’t misuse lost-pet reports or others’ location; don’t scrape, attack, or disrupt the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, posts and information you add. You grant Snoots a licence to host, display and share that content as needed to operate the features you use (e.g. showing a post to the audience you choose). You’re responsible for having the rights to what you upload.

5. Pet health & wellness

Wellness insights, activity targets and any guidance in the app are general information only — not veterinary advice. Always consult a vet for your pet’s health. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the pet data you enter.

6. Walks, location & safety

Walk tracking and the live map depend on your device’s GPS and connectivity and may be inaccurate or incomplete. On the web app, tracking only runs while the app is open and the screen is on. Lost-pet alerts are a community feature with no guarantee of response. Use your own judgement for your and your pet’s safety.

7. Walkers & bookings

Where Snoots lets owners and walkers/sitters connect, Snoots is a platform — we don’t employ walkers and aren’t a party to your arrangement. Verification badges are best-effort and not a guarantee. Agree terms directly with the other person.

8. Payments

Paid plans and credits may be offered in future. Pricing, billing and refund terms will be presented at the point of purchase and added here when live.

9. Termination

You can stop using Snoots and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached or to protect the service or its users.

10. Disclaimers & liability

Snoots is provided “as is” during beta and may change or have downtime. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from inaccurate tracking, missed alerts, or arrangements made with other users. Nothing limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
